Best storage in town! Stan and his son are amazing and so helpful. Clean and secure property and you have 24/7 access to your unit. 5/5 stars for sure!

The facility is immaculate and has all the security features you would want. You have access 24/7 and yet their prices are no more than what other storage places charge. There is always someone there if you need help. They are great people and really take pride in their operation and I highly recommend this facility.

Stan at Pyramid Self Storage is amazing! Very friendly and just pleasant to deal with. You can hear the smile on his face talking with him on the phone! On top of A+ customer service, the facility itself is also great. Very clean and convenient and I feel confident my belongings are safe. 24 hour access is probably my favorite thing, people work all different hours in this town and in the summer months it's definitely nice to be able to visit my storage after the sun goes down!

Absolutely the best facility and people I’ve ever dealt with in this industry. It doesn’t seem to matter who I interact with they are always professional, friendly and accommodating. The facilities are clean, gated, well lit and accessible 24/7. Prices are more than fair, they don’t get you in with some crazy deal then proceed to raise your rent amount every 3-6 mos. I Highly recommend Pyramid Self Storage. P.S. I am not a paid spokesperson nor am I being compensated for this review!!! LOL!!

This is the second time I am renting a storage unit from Pyramid Self Storage. They were great before and they are great now. The ease of registering and paying online, was incredible. If you need a storage unit, please go see them.

Great security big units fair price

Keeps snow cleared and no water or rodents invade! Raised the price significantly and we're trying to clear it out.

Very clean and very quiet establishment tucked away from the view of really anything which I like. Its 24 hr access and the manager there was very nice and he was very informative and fair. The units are big and my unit is indoor and on second floor. Thank goodness for me they have elevators and they give you your very own brand new lock out of the package right in front of you. I enjoy them very much and you will too.

I had a good experience here and Jeff was very helpful. They worked with me and when I had to cancel they're were no hassles. If I ever need another storage facility I will be back. Oh ya and when I called and they were on another line they used their caller ID and got back to me to make sure everything was good. Good service

Storage units are very spacious for the low pricing, there are 2 floors, indoor units and outdoor units, lighting is exactly what is needed when accessing storage units at night, easy access elevator for heavy items and they also provide decent size loading carts to assist in moving items in and out of storage, security for the place seems quite reasonable pin code entry cameras located at entrances and I believe it is 24 hour access.

They've been really helpful when needed (which hasn't been often). Also, the on-site water (bring your own hoses, nozzles, etc.) makes cleaning up our bikes after burning man so much easier than it would be otherwise.

Got a unit online. When I went in to get my key & look at the unit, the staff was very friendly & accommodating. They made it very convenient & easy to get me set up. Units are very secure, clean, maintained.

Stan is the main man on property while his professional mid 20s son lives on property as the night manager. this property is more than willing to work with you in the event a financial emergency should occur. There is ample parking, each unit is individually alarmed (deactivated when u key your entry code & opposite upon departure) Lighting is on motion sensors The property is nestled within an stretch of office spaces on Roberta ln and a shopping center on the other end in a very well to do area of the valley. Gate access throughout with drive up units available, stairs and elevator access while carts, and Dolley's are provided along with a disc lock upon the more than fair priced month to month lease signing. . . This property is highly sought after in the busy moving months so act fast! .... everyone I've interacted with on property is/has been pleasant

This is the BEST storage in Reno. I know my units are secure. There is someone on property 24 hours and your gate code is attached to your door so if someone opens your door without your gate code....the alarm sounds and SPD is there within 2 minutes. Most of the time they're eating at Bully's nearby.

Just rented my first storage unit at Pyramid Self Storage. After seeing the facility and meeting the manager, Stan, I would not want my belongings stored anywhere else. He is honest, helpful, organized, and responsive to all of my questions. Stan knew how to do his job and do it with a smile on his face. It is refreshing to see an employee that takes pride in his work and cares what the customer thinks. I love that this is a family business. For me, it’s always great to help develop the local businesses. Further, the facility is new and very clean - exactly what I wanted! I highly recommend this facility if you are in need of a storage.
